Refund and Returns Policy

At Gifts Craft Studio, we take great care in crafting every product, especially customized gifts and hampers. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund for Customized Gifts or Hampers

  • Customized Products and Hampers (including personalized items, custom messages, name/photo prints) are not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

  • These products are made-to-order exclusively for you and cannot be resold or reused.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • You must provide a clear product opening video from start to finish as proof.

  • This video must be taken before the product is unboxed and must clearly show the damage/defect.

  • Without an unboxing video, no replacement or refund request will be accepted.

3. Valid Replacement Conditions

  • The product was received broken, damaged, or with major defects.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Customization details provided by you were applied incorrectly (proof required).

If any of the above conditions are met and supported with an unboxing video, we may offer:

  • A free replacement of the same item.

  • Or, in certain cases, store credit at our discretion.

4. Refunds for Non-Customized Products

  • Only non-customized products are eligible for refunds if returned unused and in original condition within 5 daysof delivery.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No unboxing video provided.

  • Minor color/size/design variation.

  • Delays caused by courier companies.

  • Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.

  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery.

6. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

7. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Email us at info@giftscraftstudio.com with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video showing the damage/issue

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
