1. Order Processing Time

Personalized Products: 3–7 business days (depending on customization complexity).
Non-Personalized Products: 1–3 business days.

Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services for nationwide delivery.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Areas (Tier 2/3 cities): 5–7 business days
Remote/Rural Locations: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Free shipping may be available on select products or promotional offers.

4. Tracking Orders

Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
You can also track your order using your order ID on our website or contact our support team.

5. Delays in Delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Courier company delays beyond our control

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Ensure your shipping address is accurate.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, redelivery may incur additional charges.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
