This policy explains how Gifts Craft Studio delivers your digital downloads and printed colouring books.
1. Digital Downloads: Instant Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped to your address.
- Your download link appears on the order confirmation page as soon as your payment is successful.
- A copy of the link is also emailed to the address you used at checkout.
- If you created an account, you can download your files anytime from My Account → Downloads.
Didn’t receive your email? Check your spam, promotions or updates folder. If it’s not there within 30 minutes, email us at info@giftscraftstudio.com with your order number and we’ll resend your files.
2. Printed Books: Shipping Within India
Where we ship
We currently ship printed books to most serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not ship internationally at this time. International customers can buy our digital downloads.
Processing and delivery time

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Personalised books or bulk orders (such as return gifts or school orders) may need extra processing time, which we will confirm with you by email.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Any free shipping offers will be displayed on the Website or at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page or under My Account → Orders.
3. Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, festivals, strikes, lockdowns or other events outside our control. During peak seasons such as Diwali and Children’s Day, please order early. We will keep you informed if your order is significantly delayed.
4. Address and Delivery Issues
- Please check your shipping address, PIN code and phone number carefully before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it after the additional shipping charge is paid, or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your package looks damaged or tampered with, please take photos before opening and record an unboxing video if possible. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery to info@giftscraftstudio.com and we will send a free replacement or refund.
