About Our Colouring Books
What does Gifts Craft Studio sell?
Gifts Craft Studio sells colouring books in two formats: instant digital downloads (printable PDF files) and printed books delivered across India. Our books cover animals, unicorns, dinosaurs, festivals, educational themes and mandalas, for ages 2 to adult.
What ages are your colouring books for?
We design books for every age. Toddler books (ages 2 to 4) use thick outlines and large shapes. Kids’ books (ages 5 to 10) have detailed scenes and characters. Adult and teen books feature mandalas and intricate patterns.
Are the designs original?
Yes. All illustrations are created for Gifts Craft Studio and are protected by copyright.
Digital Downloads
How do I receive my digital colouring book?
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page immediately after payment, arrives by email, and stays available under My Account → Downloads.
What file format are the digital books?
All digital colouring books are PDF files sized for A4 paper, so they print on any standard home or office printer in India.
How many times can I print a digital colouring book?
As many times as you like, for personal and family use. You can reprint a favourite page whenever your child asks for it. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed. See our Digital Download Licence.
What paper should I use?
Use regular 70 to 80 GSM printer paper for crayons and colour pencils, and 100 to 120 GSM paper for sketch pens and markers to stop colours bleeding through. Our guide on how to print colouring pages at home covers printer settings in detail.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
Check your spam, promotions and updates folders first. If it isn’t there within 30 minutes, email us with your order number and we’ll resend the files.
Printed Books
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship printed colouring books to most serviceable PIN codes in India. We don’t ship internationally yet, but customers anywhere can buy our digital downloads.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 2 to 4 business days. Delivery then takes about 3 to 5 business days in metro cities and 5 to 8 business days elsewhere. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll get a courier name and tracking number by email once your order is dispatched, and you can check status on our Track Your Order page.
Payments, Refunds and Bulk Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and international payments through PayPal. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Can I get a refund?
Digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased, except when a file is faulty, incomplete or the wrong product, reported within 7 days. Printed books that arrive damaged, misprinted or incorrect are replaced free if reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Do you take bulk orders for schools, parties or return gifts?
Yes. We supply colouring books in bulk for birthday return gifts, school activities, workshops and corporate gifting. Email us with the quantity, theme and delivery date for pricing.
Can teachers print copies for a class?
Teachers, tutors and homeschooling parents may print copies for their own class or group for non-commercial educational use. Whole-school or commercial use needs a separate licence, which we’re happy to arrange.
