We want you and your little artists to love every Gifts Craft Studio colouring book. This policy explains when you can get a refund, replacement or cancellation for digital downloads and printed books.

1. Digital Downloads
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buying the wrong theme or not being able to print at home.
However, we will gladly help if:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete or won’t open. We will first send a working replacement file. If we can’t fix the problem, you will receive a full refund.
- You received the wrong file. We will send the correct file or refund you.
- You bought the same product twice by mistake. We will refund the duplicate order, provided it has not been downloaded.
Please report the issue within 7 days of purchase. Before contacting us, try opening the file in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer, as most phone preview apps can’t display large PDFs properly. See our guide on how to print colouring pages at home.
2. Printed Books
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your printed book arrives damaged, misprinted, with missing pages or is the wrong item:
- Email us at info@giftscraftstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video helps us resolve claims faster.
- Once approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won’t have to pay any return shipping.
Returns for other reasons
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of printed books that have been used, written in, coloured or damaged by the customer. We also do not accept returns for change of mind after the book has been dispatched.
Refused or undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable or refusal of delivery, we can reship it after you pay the extra shipping charge, or refund the product price minus shipping costs.
3. Order Cancellation
- Printed books: you can cancel for a full refund any time before the order is dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Digital downloads: orders are delivered instantly and cannot be cancelled after payment.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, wallet or PayPal).
- We initiate refunds within 2 business days of approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
