Welcome to Gifts Craft Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of giftscraftstudio.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of digital downloads and printed colouring books from us. Gifts Craft Studio (“GCS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is owned and operated by Visionary Motion Pictures, Rohini, New Delhi, India (GSTIN: 07ATVPK7776P1ZB).

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Digital Download License. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Minors may use the Website and our products only under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchase.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, misuse downloads or violate these Terms.

3. Products

We sell two types of products:

  • Digital downloads: printable colouring books and pages delivered as downloadable files (usually PDF). No physical product is shipped.
  • Printed books: physical colouring books shipped to your address within India.

We try to display products, colours and page previews as accurately as possible. Actual print colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, paper and ink.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges for printed books, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and PayPal. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order will apply.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, stock unavailability or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Digital Downloads

  • Download links are available immediately after payment on the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email and under My Account → Downloads.
  • Download links may have a limited number of downloads or an expiry period. Please save your files after downloading.
  • Your use of digital files is governed by our Digital Download License. Files are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

7. Printed Books

Printed books are shipped as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other events beyond our control.

8. Refunds and Returns

Refunds, replacements and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including illustrations, colouring pages, book designs, text, logos, graphics and images, is owned by or licensed to Gifts Craft Studio and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or publish any content without our prior written permission, except as allowed under the Digital Download License.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, upload, resell or distribute our digital files or download links.
  • Use our designs for commercial products, print-on-demand or AI training.
  • Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Website.
  • Post false, abusive or misleading reviews or content.

11. Reviews and User Content

By posting a review, comment or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use it on the Website and our social media. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unrelated.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gifts Craft Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Our products are intended for creative and educational use. Parents should supervise young children using colouring materials such as crayons, pens and scissors.

13. Third-Party Services

The Website uses third-party services such as payment gateways, courier partners and social login. We are not responsible for failures, delays or policies of these third parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
